1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup Mariani Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1-6 ounce bag Mariani Tropical Medley
3 cups regular oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flaked sweetened coconut
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 300o F.
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and let stand 15 minutes. Combine oats and remaining ingredients. Stir into the dried fruit mixture. Sprinkle mixture over a jellyroll pan and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool granola to room temperature. Store in airtight container.
