Apricot & Pineapple Jam


2-6 oz packages Mariani Apricots
1 can crushed pineapple (unstrained)
1/2lemon, sliced and quartered
4 cups sugar



Rinse dried apricots. Simmer covered, in 2 1/2 cups water until tender. Mash apricots then add pineapple, lemon and sugar. Simmer, stirring frequently for 45-minutues or until thick and clear. Ladle into hot sterilized jars, seal.

Makes 6 1/2 pint jars
