Ingredients
12 Won Ton wraps
2/3 cups crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup Mariani Dried Mediterannean Apricots
Splash of milk or milk substitute
Grated parmesean chesse for garnish |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Combine feta, walnuts, apricots, and milk in a bowl. Mix well. Divide mixture evenly and drop by teaspoon onto won ton wraps. Fold wraps over and pinch edges with wet fingers to close. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until won tons start to lightly brown. Sprinkle with grated parmesean cheese.
Makes 12 appetizers or lunch for two
